Ala. - The Alabama Attomev General, William Baxley, is preparing to seek more indictments in the 1963 bombing ot the 16th Street Baptist Church in Birming ham, in which tour voung black girts were killed. Baxlev stated repeatedly at the murder trial oi Robert E. Chambliss, a longtime mem ber Ol (he Ku Klux Klan, accused ot setting the blast, that Chambliss "was not acting alone." Chambliss was convicted Nov. 18 01 a count ot tirst-degree murder in connec tion with the church bombing and was sentenced to liie imprisonment.
